A Birthday full of J's

Hey Guys!

I just came back from my friend jess's birthday party and I had so much fun!

Because her name is jess, she thought it would be cool that everyone come dressed as something starting with J, and I came dressed as a Jamaican, I had this afro dreadlock wig with a jamaican hat and this tie-die shirt. I made a complete fool of myself but it was fun, and its given me an idea for a question to ask you guys. If you held a party about things starting with your name, what would you dress as, eat ect...

I'll tell you mine:

My name is Lara, so my party would be about the letter L

The color theme would be lavender, or lilac, and the invites would be that color.

Some examples of food are Lemon Meringue Tart, Lemonade, Lollies, Lasagna

I would dress up as Lara Croft

Maths Class

Hey guys! I'm in maths class right now, and my teacher isn't that smart and doesn't when we're on our computers, so I'm taking the time to write! As you can see I found out how to make my banner look cool, so my blog is done with its make-over (well for now at least!). I've been wanting to do so much stuff lately, (like making over my blog, writing letters to my friends, going shopping for some stuff...) but school always gets its way, and I am trying not to suffocate under a pile of projects, homework and tests. I envy you guys in Europe sleeping in, sunbathing and not a sheet of homework inside, while I solve ratio problems and study the affects of tourism in developing countries. You guys who know me will find it strange to hear me whining, cos I don't whine too often but I do think its unfair!

So basically if you've been waiting for a letter from me, don't worry, it's coming, but only as soon as I get over this tsunami of work!

Have a great summer, and rest well cos I'll be the one laughing when I'm on summer holidays at Christmas and you guys are busy studying exams under the snow.

Wow! I haven't posted for ages!

Sorry guys, I haven't written on my blog for like a month and a half, I've been wanting to for ever, but being new to blogging, I don't really know what to write about! As you can probably see, I changed my blog background and color theme, so I want to know if you like it better this way, or how it was before, of even of you have any new ideas please leave a comment. Also, people who know me, if you can give me ideas on things I could write about, I would be very grateful, because when I look around on other blogs, the people have so many cool things to write about, like sock monkeys, or their acting debut, I know that I live in Australia, which is pretty cool itself, but I feel kinda silly telling you guys about my daily life!

I'm in Brittany right now, which on the west coast of France. Friends from ISB will know, cos they went to St. Malo which is about two hours away from here. I'm going surfing today in the freezing cold waters of doom, so I'll tell you how it went when I get back.

A Sad Sad Day

I am so sad! Today I was on the tram, and I lost something....
Emi gave me this ADORABLE key-ring-thing with a green moster on it and the clip was starting to come apart, and this morning it fell off!
I was looking for it like crazy, but then my stop came and I had to get off. By now it's probably in a trash can, and it's gonna live the rest of its life left until it decomposes :(

RIP Moxi We will miss you!

Netball, Swimming & Shoes Does that sound sporty or what?

Hey! Just got back from a VERY busy day.

Wesley (my school) lost the netball game against Geelong Grammar, not to badly though, only 16-21. Their center-court player was very weird, she kept giving everyone death glares and couldn't stop swearing. After I got back, Enez, Dad and me went to the MSAC swimming pool, but the slide was closed most of the time, so it wasn't much fun. Any good out of today? Well I got new netball shoes, they're pretty cool, I'll get a pic if I can find one. I have to go now cos I have enough homework to last a lifetime. :)

1st Post! Woohoo

Hey!

Not much going on, apart from the fact that this is the first post on my new blog! Just a little something about the name, I was born in France, but i'm now living in Australia (far away) and to be precise, France is actually 15,244 kilometers away from Australia, but well it's close enough! I've been missing everyone so much! My friends, my cats (more about that later), my family... The list goes on, so I thought that this would be a good way to stay in touch, and follow in the footsteps of Emi and Leyla, Pioneers of the blogging world Haha! Miss both of you! It's only 9:00 pm, but I have a netball game (yet another marvelous Aussie invention, or wait? was it British? Whatever) in Geelong, which is an hour and a half away from my house, which means I have to wake up at like 6:00 in the morning :( So I have to go sleepy time! Haha G'day Mate to all and to all a G'day!
